The difference between VIP Workforce and the other companies is if I had a shortage issue VIP Workforce was on it. They always do a check-in call to me, and if there are issues, I get replacements fast. With multiple other companies, all they did was apologize and would want to start fresh the next day. I have deadlines I have to meet, and I have learned I cannot rely on them. I have made sure that VIP Workforce is now my primary company for all our staffing needs. I appreciate the dedication I have seen from them. Most of my hardest working staff that works at our facility came from VIP Workforce. I cannot say enough about them.
